Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gritandgraceco.net with:

• A photo of the item

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue is on our end.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are billed and shipped on a recurring basis. Once a subscription order has processed, it cannot be refunded for that cycle.

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing date through your account portal.
